Philip brings in excess of 15 years of direct experience to meeting client’s needs in the field of Insolvency. He has experience in a diverse range of industries and providing advice to clients regarding their specific insolvency dealings. He also holds the qualification of Registered Liquidator.



Philip specializes in corporate recovery and reconstruction matters including voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships and informal workouts. Philip’s work also involves:


  • preparing reports for secured lenders regarding their security position;

  • preparing expert’s reports to assist with litigation; and,

  • providing general advice to clients regarding insolvency issues. Philip has also worked in the printing industry for over twenty years as a director of a SME which provided him with a wealth of experience outside the traditional Chartered Accountant’s background particularly with respect to running a company.
