Philip brings in excess of 20 years of direct experience to meeting client’s needs in the field of Insolvency. He has experience in a diverse range of industries and providing advice to clients regarding their specific insolvency dealings. He also holds the qualification of Registered Liquidator.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

​

Philip specialises in corporate recovery and reconstruction matters including voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships and informal workouts. Philip’s work also involves:

 

• preparing reports for secured lenders regarding their security position;

• preparing expert’s reports to assist with litigation; and,

• providing general advice to clients regarding insolvency issues. Philip has also worked in the printing industry for over twenty years as a director of a SME which provided him with a wealth of experience outside the traditional Chartered Accountant’s background particularly with respect to running a company.
