EXPERIENCE

Bob is a chartered accountant with over 35 years of broad business experience. Having been a Director of Ferrier Hodgson (KPMG), Bob has extensive insolvency, restructuring, sale of business and investigation experience gained over a ten-year period from 2001 to 2010. Previously Bob held senior positions in transactional banking (structured finance and corporate lending), credit and risk policy, company secretary and general management roles.

KEY PROJECTS AND MATTERS

 

Although carrying out a diverse range of assignments, much of Bob’s work involves dealing with distressed businesses (restructuring, sale and purchase) and insolvency related transactions. Whilst working at State Street Bank & Trust, Bob was the Head of Credit & Risk, Company Secretary, Business Acquisition and Divestment with US Federal Reserve Reporting.

Whilst working at Hambros Australia (Merchant Bank), Bob held the roles of Head of Credit & Risk, and Senior Manager – Cross Border Leasing and Corporate Lending.
